Kay - thank you for such a wonderful review. But, I have to say, you were the ideal buyer so my job was made much easier! Not many out of state buyers come to town with a definitive list of realistic goals and having done advance homework upfront on what they want, where they'd like to be a set number of homes to view. You knew what you wanted and we went in search as a team collecting all the information you needed. As usual our market played games with us until the last home you looked at. And it was the one. I'm so glad it worked out and that you're on your way to North Carolina. I'm looking forward to our lunch when we can catch up!

Tom and Cara – being IT challenged it seems my response to your wonderful review of me this summer apparently never hit the airwaves. So here it is, I have to compliment you both on what truly good people you are. You gave me a big task with your wish list and together we hit the ground running to find your house. I admired your fortitude in continuing to look for what you wanted. In our market it can be easy to just “settle” for a house due to the frustration that can happen with our lack of inventory. But you kept on and finally found a home in a neighborhood you already knew and loved.
